The tourism sector in the Dominican Republic “is now ready” to reopen its activities, after more than three months suspended as a result of government measures to prevent the spread of covid-19.
This statement is due to the fact that tourists will be able to count on competent health and sanitary security in the tourist poles, but for this it is imminent that the Government deliver, as soon as possible, an official protocol for handling the virus and other contagious diseases. In addition, to define the date of reactivation of the sector and that the hotel centers have international certifications so that they can operate successfully again.
